Prolapsed Cord
Management
- Umbilical cord within the vagina
- Absence of pulsations does not mean fetal death - spasm
- Replace the cord into the vagina
- Displace the presenting part
- Knee - elbow position
- Summon the Obstetric Registrar
- Immediate caesarean section.
